You can switch between 24 and 12 hour time by opening your app then navigating to "Time Mode" under "Settings" and then selecting which format you prefer.

This is done by selecting "Alarm Clock" under "Settings"  on the app and inputting the preferred settings.

You can decide which applications on your phone can notify you via your Flare by navigating to "Social Notice" on your app and selecting the applications that you want to give you notifications and deselecting those you don't.

You can switch between measurement systems by navigating to "Unit" under "Settings" on your app and selecting which system you prefer.

You can reset your Flare by pressing and holding the touch button for 8 seconds straight while on the home slide.
