The Halo watch can connect to any GSM 2G or 3G network. This includes carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile. CDMA networks such as Verizon and Sprint are not compatible. We recommend you contact your carrier to confirm it is both GSM and supports a 2G or 3G network.
A Nano SIM may be installed by opening the cover found on the back of the Halo then unlocking the SIM slot. After placing the SIM card correctly in its slot you may re-lock it and place the cover again.
SIM cards are required for mobile access to internet, making/receiving calls, and sending/receiving SMS messages. The remaining functions are still accessible with a standard Wi-Fi connection.
